Depression is a chronic feeling of emptiness and sadness, often accompanied by an inability to feel pleasure without obvious reasons. Some signs of depression are:

Anxiety
Anxiety is a feeling of worry, unease or fear accompanied by the inability to relax and nervousness. It is usually caused by a vicious thinking pattern associated with things that haven't even happened yet. Although we all experience anxiety at some point in our lives, it becomes a problem when experienced as intense, excessive, persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. Some signs of anxiety are:

â—ˆ Having an increased heart rate

Trauma
Trauma is an emotional response to a traumatic event such as an accident, rape, or natural disaster. After the event, people may go through various experiences, including flashbacks, headaches, nausea, unpredictable emotions or difficulties in relationships and find it difficult to move on with their lives. Some signs of trauma are:

Low self esteem
Low self-esteem reflects feelings of inadequacy and incompetency. If you experience low self-esteem, you may feel anxious around others, and feel incapable and critical of yourself. Low self-esteem affects many people and can cause different mental health problems. Some signs of low self-esteem are:
